🐝💛 THE MIGHTY AUTOBUGS ARE BACK, BABY!! 💛🐝That’s right, folks! The father-and-son team from Northside Brissy is back for another crack at the legendary Shitbox Rally 2027 – Spring! 🚗💨Jackson and I are absolutely stoked to announce that we’re dusting off the little Hyundai Excel, BUMBLEBEE 🐝, for his SECOND rally adventure! This time, we’ll be hitting the road for an unforgettable 7-day journey from Albury-Wodonga to Mackay. There’ll be questionable car reliability, plenty of laughs, some epic memories and, hopefully, not too many roadside repairs! 😂🔧But this adventure is about much more than driving a little yellow shitbox across the country. We’re doing it for a cause that touches far too many Australian families — the fight against cancer. 💛Every team must raise a minimum of $5,000, but we reckon the Autobugs can do a whole lot better than that! 💪Every dollar raised goes directly to Cancer Council to support vital cancer research, helping make a difference for those affected by this awful disease.💰 WANT TO HELP THE AUTOBUGS?Whether you can chip in $5, $50 or more, every donation counts and gets us one step closer to our goal.🚘 BUSINESS OWNERS & SPONSORS — WE WANT YOU!Want to get your business name or logo slapped on Bumblebee and be part of the adventure? We’d love to have you on board! Get in touch with me directly to discuss sponsorship opportunities and secure your spot on the car.Let’s turn this little yellow Hyundai into a rolling billboard for a bloody good cause! 🐝💛Please dig deep, share this post around, and help the Autobugs make our second rally even bigger and better than the first.LET’S RAISE SOME SERIOUS MONEY FOR CANCER RESEARCH! 🎗️#Autobugs #ShitboxRally2027#CancerCouncil

ALBURY-WODONGA MACKAY 3,400 km in a $1,500 car THE AUTOBUGS 2.0

The Autobugs 2.0 are driving a $1,500 car from Albury-Wodonga to Mackay to raise money for Cancer Council

They're doing what!?

Shitbox Rally is a 7-day challenge like no other. Participants drive cars worth no more than $1,500 through some of Australia's most stunning (and often rugged) landscapes, all in support of cancer research. It's not a race — it's a challenge and more importantly, a celebration of the power of community.

Yes, the cars break down, and yes, there are plenty of unexpected twists along the way, but that's all part of the fun.

The rally is designed to be a colourful and unpredictable experience, where teams travel in small groups, helping each other along the way.

And when the day's drive ends, we gather around the campfire, share stories, and reflect on the day's achievements.

This event brings together people who have been impacted by cancer in different ways — whether it's through their own battles or through loved ones. Together we'll make memories that last a lifetime while supporting the fight against cancer.
